They asked three times what we wanted and each time told her a large cappuccino blast, and then she said back " so you want a small?" Then at the window she handed me a hot coffee, not a large cappuccino blast which has ice in it!!! Then she wanted me to pull up while she went to fix it. So, i said i want my money back.
